If you signed in to the Hunter-Finch Family Tree using Facebook, Google, or email, we hold a small amount of personal information about you. You can request that we delete it at any time — no questions asked.

What deletion covers

Deleted

Your name and email address collected at sign-in, your account record, and any contact information you provided with a suggestion.

Not deleted

Suggestions you submitted that have already been reviewed and applied to the family tree. These become part of the tree's history, disassociated from your account.

How to request deletion

Send us an email and we will process your request within 30 days and confirm when it's done.

  1. 1 Send an email to admin@hunterfinchfamily.com with the subject line "Data deletion request."
  2. 2 Include the email address or name associated with your account so we can locate your record.
  3. 3 We will confirm receipt, process the deletion, and send you a confirmation email when it's complete.

Requests are processed within 30 days. If you signed in via Facebook or Google, revoking this site's access in your social account settings will also prevent any future data sharing — but won't remove data already held. The email request above handles that.
